What Makes Personal Training at Empower Different

Personal training at Empower Every Body Fitness is the most individualized way to train — and one of the most effective ways to make real, lasting progress.

You’ll work one-on-one with a certified coach who takes the time to understand your movement history, lifestyle, and goals, then designs a program specifically for you. Sessions focus on strength, mobility, and conditioning that support real life — not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans.

Personal training at Empower offers:

  • Faster progress through focused, personalized programming

  • Accountability that helps you stay consistent

  • Safer training with expert coaching and thoughtful modifications

  • Confidence in how you move, lift, and train

As your body and goals change, your program adapts. The result is smarter training, steady improvement, and results that actually last.

What Our Clients Say

Life changing

"I started going to Empower Fitness about 8 months ago and it has been life changing! I have never been a very sporty person, but thanks to the personal training sessions I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. The coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable and can adapt all exercises to your abilities and goals.

Personal training works better for me with my schedule, but from what I have seen the group classes are fun and it feels like a community where everyone knows and supports each other."

- Tarik O.

Encouraging and supportive

"It has been an amazing journey at CrossFit Empower with Leon. My husband and I really look forward to our training sessions. As beginners to CrossFit, Leon has been really thoughtful and has customized our exercise regime based on our fitness and ability levels while being extremely considerate of our safety. He has been very encouraging and supportive and keeps us motivated to attain our health goals. We just love being a part of this gym.

- Rashi C.

A champion in my corner

"Sometimes you need someone in your corner to give you advice, give you a gentle push or just to have someone who is listening. Amy is there every step of the way with keen insights and thoughts, a champion in my corner, someone to keep me on track and someone who tells me that what I have done is enough, even when I feel like I am failing."

FAQs

Is personal training good for beginners?

Yes — personal training is one of the safest and most effective ways to start exercising, especially if you’re new to fitness or returning after time away. Your coach will meet you where you’re at and progress at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.

Do you offer personal training for adults over 40 or over 60?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Personal training is especially effective for adults who want individualized coaching, thoughtful progressions, and training that supports long-term health and mobility.

Do you offer personal training for youth athletes?

Yes. We work with youth athletes in a safe, age-appropriate way that prioritizes proper movement, confidence, and long-term development — and we make it fun. Sessions are engaging and encouraging, helping young athletes build strength, coordination, and body awareness while enjoying the process. Coaches emphasize good habits, injury prevention, and a positive experience, so kids leave feeling successful, confident, and excited to keep moving.

What’s the difference between personal training and small group training?

Personal training is one-on-one coaching tailored entirely to you. In Small Group Training, groups of friends, families or teams — of up to four people — training together, making it more cost-effective while still highly personalized.

What if personal training feels out of my budget?

If one-on-one training feels like a stretch, Small Group Personal Training can be a great alternative. You’ll train with a friend or small group, receive individualized coaching, and benefit from built-in accountability — at a lower cost per person than private sessions.

Is personal training only for athletes?

Not at all. While we do work with experienced and competitive athletes, most of our personal training clients are everyday adults who want to feel stronger, move better, and stay active for life.
