As a registered nurse who works in acute medicine and palliative care—and as the mom of two teenage girls—Coach Jen knows the value of exercise in facing life's many challenges.
That's why she encourages Empower members of all ages and abilities to put themselves first for at least one hour a day and make the time to exercise. The gym is a place to leave the stress of work and family behind—and focus on building a better you.
Once you start doing that, exercise can become the very best part of your day.
