20 GHD sit-ups

Option 2: Friday's Front Squat Day

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Option 3: Thursday's Workout of the Day

3 rounds for time of:

50 walking-lunge steps

100-ft. handstand walk

150 double-unders
