Today is another day to choose your own adventure. Come in and work on skills, reset movements, or do one of the workouts from the past 3 days.
Today's workout is 5 x 5 overhead squats. Before starting the workout we will spend time practicing the snatch and the overhead squat.
Today’s workout is a gymnastics and weightlifting couplet. The cleans are meant to be heavy, and the gymnastics movement is meant to be outside your comfort zone.
