Megan holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and brings hands-on experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at BTB. Now practicing as a Resident Physiotherapist in Ottawa, Megan specializes in helping busy professionals get out of pain and youth athletes recover from injury, guiding them back to peak performance efficiently and effectively.

  • 12-Week Session: The full program runs from September 18th to December 11th, meeting every Wednesday evening. Please note, there will be two weeks off in November (dates to be confirmed).

Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

Appointments cancelled or missed more that 24 hours prior to the sessions start time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
