How do I get started?
Start with a free No-Sweat Consultation, then an assessment workout. We design your custom program and you begin training — reviewed every 4 weeks.
How does billing work?
Billing is processed bi-weekly. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellation requires 2 weeks' notice.

How is this different from personal training?
You still get your own program, but you train alongside a small group. The warm-up is shared; the main workout is yours. More social, more affordable.

What's the difference between Strength and Engine?
Strength (60 min) focuses on building muscle through barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell movements. Engine (45 min) is a fast-paced HIIT format combining strength and cardio intervals.
Do I need experience?
None needed. Both classes are fully scalable — coaches adjust every exercise to match your fitness level.

Is there any sparring?
No. BoxingFit is strictly non-contact. You'll work pads, heavy bags, and conditioning equipment — no fighting required.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. While most sessions are 1-on-1, small group options are available if you'd like to train with a buddy.
Pre and Postnatal Rehab Pre/Post-Natal
Pre & Postnatal Rehab

Led by Dr. Marie-Pier Sauriol, these 4–6 week rehab blocks help new and expecting moms rebuild core strength, restore movement, and transition confidently back to training. Babies welcome.

Can I bring my baby?
Yes! The program is designed with new mothers in mind. Babies are completely welcome.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most plans covering chiropractic care will cover this program. Check with your provider, and we can help with documentation.
Physiotherapy In-Gym Physio

Megan Wallenius, MSc is a registered physiotherapist embedded directly in the gym. Assess, treat, and train in the same space — no referral required. Ideal for injury recovery, chronic pain, post-surgery rehab, or improving mobility.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral required. Our physiotherapist will assess your needs directly and build a plan that prioritizes safety and progress. Note: we do not treat MVA or WSIB claims.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most benefit plans cover registered physiotherapy. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your specific coverage.

No. Our RMT is open to the public and does not require a gym membership to book.
What's the cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment incur a $30 rescheduling fee.
