Starting on January 1st, 2025, this program is the ultimate way to reset your routine and start the year with purpose.

While some locals may have attempted to mimic our concept and turn it into a money-making venture, the true intention of Soul 60 has always been to foster community and set a strong foundation for the year within the walls of our gym. Participation in Soul 60 is and will always remain FREE—because we’re committed to creating something meaningful for our members.

What is Soul 60?

Soul 60 revolves around three core commitments—fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. Designed to fit all fitness levels and lifestyles, this challenge is both flexible and inclusive, allowing you to personalize the experience to match your goals.

The Commitments

1. Daily Fitness

Dedicate 30-60 minutes each day to movement. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, choose activities that motivate you:

Attend any Team Soul class

Engage in outdoor fitness like running, hiking, or outdoor workouts

Practice martial arts

Focus on stretching or mobility

Weekly Fitness Challenges

Each week features an exciting challenge to keep you motivated and progressing:

Week 1: Push-ups Challenge

Week 2: Strict Pull-ups Challenge

Week 3: Low Plank Hold Challenge

Week 4: Wall Sit Challenge

Week 5: Run Challenge

Week 6: Bring a friend to class (one free pass provided)

Week 7: Sit-ups Challenge

Week 8: Hell Week: Combine all challenges into one epic finale!
