Programmed to increase your metabolism and increase your endurance while maintaining high quality safe movement in mind, you can expect a high intensity, low impact class that will keep you moving the entire time.

Team Soul Running is an Endurance program focused, primarily, on helping athletes and clients alike reach their running goals. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to running, Team Soul structures every session so it can be followed by anyone. The program aims to maximize, test and retest mile time, 5km, 10km distances during the summer months, and longer distances when the temperature cools down. Our program shifts through different phases depending on what we are preparing for. Regardless, you can expect well rounded warm ups, 2-3 running days, 1 cardio day that can be done in the gym, and 2 assistance work sessions.
