You’re invited to a very special evening — the Harborside Bash, celebrating 30+ years of Cohasset Maritime Institute fostering coastal rowing excellence and community spirit, and honoring one of our founding forces, Coach John Liffmann.

Join us on October 18, 2025, 5-9pm at the Hull Yacht Club for a night of connection, celebration, and coastal spirit. We’ll gather with the broader CMI family — past, present, and future — to honor our shared legacy and support the next generation of rowers.

This special evening will honor the contributions of Coach John Liffmann, a key figure in CMI's founding and ongoing success. We'll commemorate our journey of building a healthier environment and stronger individuals through the shared and unifying experience of coastal rowing.

CMI is thriving! We've expanded our programs to engage diverse groups – youth and adults, persons with physical and cognitive differences, aging athletes, cancer survivors, and more.

Join us to celebrate decades of setting the standard as a vital community asset. Enjoy a night of special speakers, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and the lively tunes of the Thirsty Boots band. Your participation will help propel CMI's mission for years to come. Proceeds from the celebration will be dedicated to completing our $200,000 gROWing CMI Campaign.
