L1 METFIX

This class focuses on mastering foundational movements essential to long-term fitness and functional strength. It's the ideal starting point for those new to this style of training, providing a supportive environment to build proper technique and confidence. With consistent effort, members can achieve a high level of fitness through this program alone.

L2 METFIX

Designed for individuals ready to elevate their training, this membership offers access to more advanced programming that incorporates complex gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and high-level functional fitness movements. Ideal for those with a solid foundation, this option allows members to choose from any of the three daily workouts posted—offering flexibility, variety, and the challenge needed to push performance to the next level.

MASTERS CONDITIONING

Our Masters Conditioning class meets three times a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM and is specifically designed for members aged 55 and older. This program focuses on improving functional fitness, strength, coordination, and skill to support independence and overall well-being as we age. The supportive group setting not only enhances motivation but also adds a fun, social element to every workout.
