Ace
Hey, my name is Asa Collins, I am Twenty-Seven years old and from Southern Illinois. I am fairly new to training but I have lived in the gym most of my life. At fourteen I started playing football, I also joined a boxing orginization and became a self taught hurdler for my highschool track team. As a multi-sport student-athlete I lived in the gym. At eighteen I moved north to play football at North Central College in Naperville, IL. While there I briefly studied economics and political science. After two years of school I decided to take a less traditional route and move out west to Utah. I have always been a risk taker. Drawn by the mountains and the amount of opportunity to better myself I took the risk by moving across the country at the age of twenty. My first two years here were challenging, I bounced around from working sales jobs to working in carpentry. At the age of twenty-three I worked at my first gym. I was a member of the front desk staff but I knew that eventually I wanted to move up to training clients. At age twenty five I became a trainer. Since then I have trained collegiate athletes, highschool students, stay at home moms, dads and two JR. Olympic athletes! I have always had a passion for education and truly believe that to not persue education, in some form, is to deprive yourself. It is because of this believe that I am currently perusing my NASM-CPT certification and a certification in computer science! I love meeting people, because you can learn something from anyone also it gives me the opportunity to share what I have learned that is why I enjoy being a personal trainer!
Krissy
Hi all! I graduated from BYU with a bachelors in Exercise and Wellness. I am a NASM certified trainer with additional certifications in youth exercise and athlete performance enhancement. I love all things sports. I played lacrosse and soccer all growing up and went on to play lacrosse at the Y. Playing sports growing up started my love for exercise. I love being a coach because I get to watch first hand the way that exercise can positively effect not only their physical health but their mental and emotional health as well.
In my free time you’ll find me spending my time outdoors with my family or at home watching football. We love to camp, fish, rock climb and canyoneer. I am very excited to be apart of the amazing StayFITT community and can’t wait to meet all of you!
Mikayla
Hello friends, I’m Mikayla Milne, but you
can just call me KK or Kayla. I’m happily married to my awesome hubby, Matt, and our little family includes our fur baby, Jax.
I love to play softball, repping my team in Sandy. When I’m not on the diamond, you’ll find me riding trails on my MTN biking, hitting the gravel for a hike or soaking up the great outdoors. Back in the day, I was all about gymnastics and dance -ballet and hip hop were my jams. I further joined theater for a while that boosted my overall confidence.
High school brought a shift to track and field, where I threw Javelin and shot put.
We even got to throw with the pros up at Utah State. My farthest throw with Javelin was 102ft -qualifying to throw at BYU for the finals which was an amazing experience.
Nowadays, I’m a NASM certified trainer, ready to expand my knowledge and skills. I’m excited to continue my education and experience on the floor. And pumped to be part of the Stay FITT community to help you find your motive and groove. I want to help others break old habits and start healthy new ones. Let’s achieve your goals and feel the best you! I’m can’t wait to meet you all.
DANA
Hi there! I’m Dana Penrose and I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I have been back in Utah for almost 8 years and absolutely love it here! I completed my degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Human Movement Science from Utah State University. I was a competitive ballet dancer from a very young age, around the same time I watched my Dad workout on his airdyne bike for what seemed like hours. A passion for movement was instilled in me from a very young age, and I found a great love as I grew up for weight training and exercise of any kind. From powerlifting, to competing in figure competitions, to CrossFit, to group fitness classes, you name it, I have done it and have loved every bit of it. I also worked alongside my father in his company where he rehabilitated patients who had back and joint injuries using purely exercise therapy. My father passed away 15 years ago and I feel I honor his life’s work and passion every time I pick up a weight. I earned my NASM-CPT certificate with the hopes of sharing my passion for training with as many people as possible. I am fascinated by the human body and its capabilities. I am a lifelong learner and am constantly reading and learning new things fitness related or other, all the time. When I am not in the gym you can find me traveling and spending time with my fiance Mike and my step daughter Poppy and our dogs Max and Bentley. I am stoked to be a part of the StayFITT Family, and so excited to meet every single one of you!

I would spend all my time camping/backpacking if given the chance - looking for natural hot springs and chasing the milky way! I currently work full time at Brain & Spine Upper Cervical Chiropractic as an Office Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant, and Champ loves to come to work and hang out with all of the patients! He keeps me on my toes and active along with being the biggest sweetheart of a dog!I’m ecstatic to be a part of the StayFITT Training family and look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you!
