With all classes at Legendary Fitness – YOU decide your pace. Our coaches create fun yet challenging classes. Our dedicated and friendly coaches will find your edge and help you grow past them to reach new horizons.
Strength and Agility: A full-body workout using dumbbells, weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Everyday Functional Strength: This class is designed to make every day living easier, more accessible, pain free and help you to feel your strongest through a combination of lifting weights, agility moves, yoga poses and other exercise platforms.
Full Body Fitness: Fun and Challenging class with weights, cardio, agility and condition moves. It’s a full body, fabulous work out!
Flow Motion: Flow Motion is a class focusing on movements that compliment strength, agility and conditioning. Movements will include foam rolling, Mobility, Stretching, Yoga and meditation.
60+ Sassy and Strong: A personalized and no nonsense yet fun and challenging class for women 60+ who are ready to build muscle, improve mobility, build stronger bones! Join the best community of 60+ sassy and strong women! Designed for women who are just starting their journey or already on the path! ALL bodies and women welcome.
Functional Strength Fundamentals: An effective, focused 45 minute class. This class will slow down and concentrate on form while still getting a great work out. This is a class for all women and all levels but perfect for those who haven’t spent time in a fitness facility, who want to improve their form and those who want to get comfortable with lifting weights.



After an initial assessment we will design a fitness program that works for you. We provide the one-on-one personal training you need for your body. Our own goal is to enhance your life through strength and movement. ALL sessions are tailored to YOUR body, goals, and lifestyle.
