Group Classes

Our indoor group classes are coach-led, structured training sessions designed to build strength, conditioning, and confidence. Each workout blends functional movements, barbell work, and conditioning in a supportive team environment where every movement can be scaled to your level. You’ll be coached, challenged, and held accountable — all alongside a group pushing toward the same goal: getting better.

Semi-Private Training

Our semi-private classes offer personalized programming in a small-group setting, giving you the structure of one-on-one training with the energy of a team. Each athlete follows an individualized strength plan while receiving hands-on coaching, accountability, and attention to detail to ensure steady progress and proper form. It’s the ideal option for those who want focused progression without training completely on their own.

Nutrition Coaching

Our Clean Kitchen program provides structured nutrition coaching built around sustainable habits, accountability, and real-world results. Through personalized guidance, habit tracking, and ongoing support, we help you fuel your training, improve body composition, and build a long-term approach to eating that works. Kids and Sports Camps

Our Kids Camps run during school breaks and provide a structured, high-energy environment where kids stay active, build confidence, and develop strength and coordination. Our Sports Camps are customized for individual teams, focusing on sport-specific speed, strength, and conditioning to help athletes perform better and reduce injury risk. Every session is led by experienced coaches who prioritize proper technique, discipline, and a positive training experience.
