At Senshuken Martial Arts Academy, a wide variety of classes and programs are offered in an educational and fun

atmosphere.

Our programs are dynamic and physically challenging. Senshuken Martial Arts offers the best and most realistic

self-defense programs available for children, teens, and adults. Encouraging and enhancing our member’s

patience, character, determination, self-discipline, self-control, respect, and confidence is vital.

Senshuken MAA programs incorporate individual, partner, and group drills to develop youngster’s overall physical

and psychological excellence. Extracting attention and imagination, along with intriguing the interest for learning

is our priority. With many years of teaching experience, we create an energetic atmosphere full of learning and

RISING STARS (AGES 5-8)

Distinct age groups alike are created in order to have students with the same compatibility together during our Martial Arts class. The Rising Star program emphasizes on bringing out each child’s potential while maintaining a positive attitude and increasing their overall physical fitness. Our purpose is to fulfill these requirements and educate young Rising Stars about Martial Arts, respect, and discipline while having fun in a safe and caring environment. Encouraging and enhancing a youngster’s patience, character, determination, self-discipline, self-control, respect, and confidence is vital. Physically, the member’s balance, structure, and reflexes are strengthened through the curriculum. In addition, the students’ positive character, social, and leadership skills are drastically improved.

SHOOTING STARS (AGES 9-14)

Adding to the Rising Stars program requirements, and through systematic practice, the student’s physical fitness, such as strength, stamina, flexibility, movement coordination, and concentration will be boosted. In addition, students will enhance their self-esteem, self-control, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

ADULT PROGRAM

The Adult Program provides more intensive classes. Through the various Martial Arts taught at Senshuken, members are able to learn numerous skills in a dynamic and unique environment. Students are pushed to their limits to obtain further fitness and mental well being.

KICKBOXING/MMA CLASS (AGES 13 & UP)

Whether you're looking to build endurance, master technique, or simply get in the best shape of your life, our training sessions offer an unbeatable combination of cardio, discipline, and real-world self-defense skills. Designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned fighters, our expert instructors will guide you through powerful workouts that challenge both body and mind in a positive and fun environment. Experience an hour and a half of unique Fun filled activities where the children will enjoy obstacle courses, a jumping castle, climbing ropes, Martial Arts and much more!!
