Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the fastest growing martial art in the world. It is also one of the best self defense systems available. You will be offered challenging problem solving scenarios that will work the mind, as well as the body. We are able to train more intensely & realistically because we don't HAVE to strike our opponent to be effective. Jiu-jitsu is about controlling your adversary. Doing Jiu-jitsu will teach you more about yourself than you are able to imagine. The friendships forged through this training, often times, last a lifetime. The ability to defend themselves is something everyone should possess. We offer a safe, clean, family friendly, fun & affordable environment in which to learn and grow. Students range from 4 yrs to 62 yrs. We vary in sizes, strengths, and goals. We strive to get you to your goals and then help set new ones that you didn't even think were possible…..
