We offer beginner, advanced and open boxing classes.

Along with a strength and conditioning program tailored to your ability and strength.

Beginners Boxing

Our beginners boxing class and open class are meant to teach the fundamentals of the sport. We will teach you how to move your feet and head properly along with the technique of each punch in boxing. It sponsors an environment of growth and learning for people of every skill level. Every day brings a learning experience if you have never boxed before or you have been fighting for years. We will identify your stance and natural boxing style here so you can develop your skillset as quickly as possible.

Advanced Boxing

Our advanced boxing class is by invitation only and reserved for our clients that want to get into the ring and compete. We will push the boundaries of balance, speed, and power with advanced techniques and multiple boxing styles. We believe this sport never gets easier you just get faster.

Strength and Conditioning

Not your basic workout program. We cater to combat sports athletes and teach you how to train like one. With weight training and corrective exercise, we are constantly aiming to fix muscular imbalances and body compensation. This keeps our clients healthy by avoiding injury or recovering from past injuries.
