Wrestling is the oldest and
most basic form of recreational combat and martial art. It traces its origins back to the dawn of civilization, carvings and drawings estimate it to be between 15,000 and 20,000 years old.

Our Youth Wrestling program, ages 5-13 years old, is a great place to learn the World's most formidable sport in a disciplined, nurturing and challenging environment. This program is excellent for someone looking
to learn the fundamentals of wrestling, adding new weapons to your martial arts skills and even an accomplished wrestler looking to sharpen some skills.
