At Diamond Muay Thai + Boxing Toronto, we welcome beginners every single day — but make no mistake: we’re not a drop-in fitness class. We’re a real Muay Thai and Boxing gym.

We don’t offer free trials or drop-ins. Why? Because we’re here to train, not entertain.

Whether you’re brand new to striking or just getting back into it, your first class is your entry point to real technique, real progress, and real community were the fitness naturally evolves from there.

What to Expect at Your First Class

Your first class is a 75-minute, coach-led session focused on helping you feel confident and capable — even if you’ve never done Muay Thai or Boxing before.

  • Learn stance, guard, footwork, and how to throw basic punches and kicks (for Muay Thai)
  • Move through drills, technique, and pad work with guidance from our coaches
  • Get a feel for the structure, energy, and training style at Diamond

Everyone Learns at Their Own Pace

We know that starting something new — especially a combat sport — can feel intimidating. But Diamond is a welcoming space, and our coaches are here to help you feel supported from Day One.

There’s no pressure to be perfect, keep up, or “prove” anything. We’ll guide you step-by-step, and we encourage everyone to go at their own pace. You’ll learn in real time, build confidence, and grow stronger with each class.

Don’t Have Gear? We’ve Got You

We provide community gloves and wraps for your first class — no need to buy anything in advance.

Intro Class Schedule (By Appointment Only)

  • Muay Thai: Monday 6:00 PM · Tuesday 7:30 PM · Wednesday 6:00 PM · Saturday 10:30 AM
  • Boxing: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM
  • Youth + Teen: Tuesday & Thursday at 5:00 PM

Trained before? Let us know — you may be eligible for an All Levels class instead of an intro.

How to Prepare

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get set up
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes — shorts/leggings and a t-shirt or tank
  • Bring a water bottle (tap & bottle water available onsite)

Why No Drop-Ins or Free Classes?

We’re not a bucket-list workout or date-night activity — we’re a strucutred training gym.

Having a consistent group of members (not random drop-ins) builds trust, safety, and community in every class. Our coaches can track your progress, your training partners become familiar, and you’re part of something more than just a workout.

That’s why we keep things coach-driven and focused on people who are here to train — not just try.

Our expert coaches are here to help you build confidence, sharpen technique, and develop real technique—physically and mentally.
