At Diamond Muay Thai and Boxing, we welcome participants of all ages and abilities:

Adult All Levels (Ages 16 and Up)

Youth Classes (Ages 7–10)

Teen Classes (Ages 11–16)

Monday: 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:30 AM

Boxing Intro Classes

Tuesday: 6:00 PM

Thursday: 6:00 PM

Youth + Teen Muay Thai Classes

Tuesday: 5:00 PM (Ages 7–10)

Thursday: 5:00 PM (Ages 11–16)

Once you sign up for a membership, you’ll gain full access to all All Levels and Intermediate classes on our schedule.

How to Prepare for Your First Class

We know stepping into a gym for the first time can feel daunting, but don’t worry! Follow these steps to feel prepared and confident:

1. Book Your Class

Reserve your spot online.Check your email (and junk/spam folders) for a confirmation. Need help? Email us at info@diamondmuaythai.ca.

2. Pack Your Essentials

Clothing: Light, breathable workout gear. Muay Thai shorts are optional for your first class.

Water Bottle: Stay hydrated; drinks are also available for purchase.

Towel: Great for wiping off sweat.

Footwear: Barefoot training for Muay Thai; boxing shoes optional for boxing classes.

Gloves & Wraps: Not required for your first class; we provide community gloves if needed.

3. Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your class.Check in at the front desk and sign a waiver.Get a quick tour of the gym and change into your gear.

4. Meet Your Instructor

Our instructors will greet you, answer your questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before class begins.

5. Enjoy Your Class!

Stay open-minded and patient as you learn. Everyone starts as a beginner, and our supportive community is here to help you succeed.


What to Expect in Class

Here’s a typical breakdown of an All Levels (beginner-friendly) class:

Warm-Up (15 Minutes): Activities like jump rope, shadow boxing, and movement drills to get you ready.

Technical Drills (50 Minutes): Practice your techniques on heavy bags or pads. Beginners receive extra guidance to get comfortable with the fundamentals.

Conditioning (10 Minutes): Finish strong with bodyweight exercises or light equipment to build strength and endurance.

Feel free to stick around after class to stretch, chat with your instructor, or ask any questions.

What you will need for first class?

  • Light gym clothes (e.g., shorts or tights and T-shirt or tank).

  • Water bottle or sports drinks.

  • Training is done barefoot (boxing shoes optional for boxing classes).

  • Shower Towels

  • Boxing gloves (optional for first class)

  • Hand wraps (optional for first class)

  • No Gear is needed for first class!
