Muay Thai is a Kickboxing combat sport of Thailand, that uses stand-up striking, along with various clinching techniques, knees and elbow strikes. Open to all skill levels, this elite kickboxing class combines the utmost of kickboxing fitness, practical self defense, and competition fighting. Taught by nationally acclaimed instructors, this class focuses on traditional technique while also providing an incredible overall body workout. Competition training is available for those students interested in fighting, but is not a requirement of the program.

Kick and punch your way through a no-contact high-energy class for all ages and experience levels. Cardio Kickboxing class is a one-hour, fun, face-paced and full-body workout, that uses conventional heavy bags and training pads based on authentic kickboxing. This class provides both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants, to build endurance, lose weight, and build muscle.
