Our women’s-only classes are designed to meet you where you’re at—whether you’re just getting started or looking to keep challenging yourself. You don’t need to be experienced, “fit,” or perfectly prepared to start. You just need to show up. This space is a great fit for women who:

Starting somewhere new can be intimidating. We want you to feel confident walking through our doors. So here are answers to some common questions we get to help you get started.
Both follow structured strength programming with intentional coaching. Women’s-only classes are held in a dedicated space designed for women to train together. Co-ed classes are held in a separate room and are open to everyone. The energy, support, and standards are the same across both. Visit our Memberships page for more info.
You’ll be welcomed, guided through the workout, and coached every step of the way. No one is thrown into the deep end. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, capable, and supported.
Our coaches offer movement modifications and alternative options so you can train safely. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll take care of the rest.
Most members train 2–4 times per week. We’ll help you build a schedule that supports your goals without burning you out.
