Exercise Therapy (Post Rehab) If you have recently worked with a Physical Therapist and reach your session cap. Our coaches have experience with working our student to help their progress continue to the next level.

Sport Conditioning / Olympic Lifting Training (Coach Jay) Our coaches will help our student exceed their fitness level with agaility, strength, HIIT training for personal, sport (High School, & College Sprot training and conditioning Baseball, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf,) or professional training. that will include Olympic Lifts and struture training with some of the hardest lifts.

The Excelerate Fitness Performamance team has the tools to perform a digital backgrround to give the student and the coachs a baseline or a progress of how the students results are going over the duration of their training.
