Our coaches will help our student exceed their fitness level with agility, strength, HIIT training for personal, sport (High School, & College Sport training and conditioning Baseball, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf,) or professional training. that will include Olympic Lifts and structure training with some of the hardest lifts.

The Excelerate Fitness Performance team has the tools to perform a digital background to give the student and the coaches a baseline or a progress of how the student's results are going over the duration of their training.

Drop In Sessions: Are Pay By Session or Small Package Training

Membership Training:

3-Month or 6-Month commitments are optional

(2 sessions per week minimum)

6-8-10 or 12 sessions per month are available

Single Month Training is Paid in full on the first of the month, limited to 2 total months
