Careers

Do you want to help people achieve their health and fitness goals and be part of a fun community?

How about having a relatively flexible schedule that you can control and be part of a co-op team that works together to achieve more than you can on your own?

Lastly, do you want to be valued by your clients as more than just a rep counter?

We're looking to hire 2-3 trainers/coaches that are interested in becoming a PT/FT coach to help us attain our mission of getting people fit and keeping them fit for life.

We're looking for people who:

Have a team mindset of “What can I bring to the table and how can I contribute?”

Is a "people" person who truly likes interacting with people (LOLs over PRs)

Knows that true wealth and success takes time.

Is coachable and has a desire to learn.Wants to be a part of a community that’s bigger than themselves.Has a genuine desire to help people and connect on a deeper level.

We seek a coach who can generate and convert prospective leads, on-board and prepare new members for group classes, and maintain an attentive, on-going relationship with our existing members. For the right person, someone hungry to build a stable clientele and develop as a coach, this position offers the opportunity for full-time employment as well as income and career growth.
