Compete Programming
Unlock your training experience with Rise Training Compete programming. This program includes a dedicated strength training cycle, complemented with CrossFit workouts to push all athletes alike to the next level. Through a blend of fresh and creative movements, get ready to achieve your fitness levels with balanced strength and conditioning. Ideal for individuals looking for a comprehensive package.
This plan requires a well-equipped home gym with most standard gym equipment, and can be modified with other equipment such as dumbbells to maintain the same stimulus!
Local Personal Training
Find your personalized training playbook with our local Personal Training programs. We tailor tried-and-true workouts to achieve your fitness goals. From dynamic movements to nutrition best practices, each session is carefully crafted to nurture your body's well-being and health. As a complementary service, we provide pre and post percussion massage gun and 'Gua Sha' treatments to unlock your ability to perform and recover at your best!
How did the concept of Rise Training originate?
After the pandemic stabilized, many athletes invested in home gym equipment or dedicated time to pursuing fitness goals from the comfort of their homes. Rise Training offers dynamic options for your fitness needs.
How long is the trial offer for?
The trial offer lasts for 7 days, after which you’ll automatically transition to a recurring subscription.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. Please refer to our Membership Agreement for specific details on cancellation policies and any associated fees. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the best fitness experience for you.

Currently, Rise Training does not offer in-person classes. We're designed to support athletes who prefer working out at home or supplementing their training at a local gym. Stay tuned for a local pop-up via social (Instagram: coach_russy)
The 'Compete' program, including the strength portion, takes about 60 minutes. The core 'Compete' programming alone takes 30-45 minutes.
Well-equipped home gym: gym rig, pull-up bar, barbell/dumbbells, kettlebell, landmine, wall ball, bike/rower, accessories, etc.
