Sam built Between The Bumpers on family land at the end of Fernbank Road — not to create another gym, but to build the coaching environment he wished existed for the people in his community. Every design decision, every hire, and every program at BTB flows from one principle: the client deserves a coach who is genuinely prepared for them.

Megan Wallenius, MSc is our registered physiotherapist embedded in the facility at Fernbank Road. No referral is required and most extended health benefit plans apply. Physio and coaching are under the same roof — if something is limiting your training, it gets addressed without a separate commute or appointment.
