Biography
Pawel Cichowlas is Owner and Lead Instructor of KMD. Born in Poland and headed to the USA in 1996, Pawel has trained with the top experts in Krav Maga- learning directly from Darren Levine. Teaching for over 20 years, Pawel’s extensive training in weapons and firearms brings KMD students a level of training unique to the system. Pawel is a 3rd Degree Black Belt Krav Maga Instructor certified to train civilian and law enforcement personnel as well as children.
Specialties include: hand-to-hand combat training, self-defense training, defensive tactics for law enforcement and military, defenses against attackers armed with various weapons (blunt objects, edged weapons, firearms), fight scene choreography for movies, and fitness instruction.
