An ADCC Champion, ADCC Superfight Champion, Pride and UFC veteran, “The Boogeyman” is renowned for having one of the most dangerous leg-lock games in submission grappling.

On Saturday, July 10th at 1pm, Dean will present a 3 hour seminar (1.5 hours of Gi and 1.5 hours of No-Gi)

Dean Richard Lister (born February 13, 1976) is a retired American mixed martial artist. A professional from 2000 until 2015, he fought in the Ultimate Fighting ChampionshipPRIDE Fighting Championships, and California-based promotion King of the Cage, where he rose to prominence as a Middleweight Champion. Lister’s sparring partner and former UFC Light Heavyweight ChampionTito Ortiz, invited him to be his assistant grappling coach on the third season of the Spike TV reality show, The Ultimate Fighter.
