


Fitness Kickboxing at Touro MMA
We truly believe that at Touro MMA we have the best Fitness / Cardio Kickboxing class out there. For starters our head instructor Quinn Councilor has been participating in Martial Arts now for close to a decade. She is a mother of three children, she is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as an active competitor in MMA and BJJ. She doesn't just talk the talk she walks the walk.
Quinn's has been teaching Fitness Kickboxing at Tour MMA now for over 5 years. In addition to that, she has also taught Co-Ed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Women's only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Self Defense. When she shows you how to throw a kick or a punch you can be assured you are learning good technique from a person who has been there and done that.
The classes also include High Intensity Interval Training, plyometrics, weights, cross training, and many other fitness techniques designed to help lose weight, gain strength, and have fun all at the same time.
Our morning classes are designed to help student's meet their fitness goals, while fostering an encouraging and enjoyable environment while providing them with exceptional coaching and technique.
