From the Open… to What’s Next

First off—huge congratulations to everyone who took on the Open this year.

Those workouts were no joke (they never are), and you all showed up, pushed hard, and represented Bantam the right way. The energy during our Friday Night Lights events was incredible, and we hope you had as much fun as we did.

Now, for most of us, it’s back to regularly scheduled programming—but for some, the season continues.

If you placed in the top 25% of your age group or worldwide, you’ve qualified for Quarterfinals 👏

This next stage will run March 26–30 and typically includes 4–5 workouts completed over the weekend. Just like the Open, workouts will need to be judged for those submitting scores.

👉 More details are coming soon—stay tuned.

This Week: Deload & Reset

After three intense weeks, we’re shifting gears a bit.

This week is a deload week—we’re dialing things back just enough to:

  • Recover properly

  • Reinforce good movement

  • Set the stage for the next push

Don’t mistake “deload” for “easy”…we’re still getting after it—just smarter.

What to Expect This Week

Monday
We’ll focus on snatch pulls, dialing in strong positioning from the floor.
Then it’s into an interrupted chipper (1:00 on / 30s off) to keep things moving.

Tuesday
An alternating EMOM to start the day, followed by some…yes…bicep curls.
Beach season isn’t that far off 👀

Wednesday
Front squats take center stage for strength.
Conditioning will be a barbell workout inspired by the classic DT.

Thursday
A 20-minute cardio AMRAP (weather permitting 🤞).
We’ll finish with some pliability work—something we’ll continue mixing in based on your feedback.

Friday
Bench press day. Enough said.
Followed by an interval-style workout to close things out.

Saturday
Grab a partner—we’ve got a challenging AMRAP planned.
Misery loves company…right?
