Building Momentum into Quarterfinals
We’re rolling through the back half of our current training cycle, and the progress across the gym has been awesome to watch. With just a few weeks left before testing, now is the time to stay consistent, trust the process, and keep building.
Before we dive into this week’s programming, we’ve got some exciting updates.
Quarterfinals Start This Week
First off—huge congratulations to our Bantam athletes who qualified for Quarterfinals! 👏
This next stage of competition will run:
Thursday (3/26) at 3:00 PM → Monday (3/30) at 3:00 PM
While we don’t yet know the exact workouts, Quarterfinals typically consist of multiple events completed over a few days, all requiring judging for official score submissions.

New Trial Week for Busy Parents (April 6–13)
We’re excited to launch a trial week designed for preschool parents who find themselves with a free window between drop-off and pick-up.

What to Expect This Week
Monday
Overhead squat progression as we build toward the “Other Total.”
Followed by a moderate-length AMRAP focused on cardio and midline.
Tuesday
Rig-based pulling strength, then two couplets in a descending/ascending format.
Wednesday
Squat cleans for strength.
Conditioning will be sprint-focused—how fast can you move while maintaining quality?
Thursday
A longer farmer’s carry + bike workout to challenge grip and stamina.
Core cashout to finish.
Friday
Bench press progression.
Then a short AMRAP that will light up the arms.
Saturday
Team up in groups of 3 for this weekend’s WOD—built-in rest included…you’re welcome.
